Ingredients

Water Yogurt Lemon juice Aleppo pepper Butter Pita bread Pine nuts Onion

7 Spices Paprika Basmati rice Garlic  Turmeric Coriander Powder

Step 1

Boil chicken with black pepper, cinnamon, and salt.

Discard water and shred chicken.

Sauté sliced onion in butter or ghee until golden, then add shredded chicken and spices.

Let it cook for another 5 minutes. Cook the rice in 1 tablespoon oil and add the spices.

For the yogurt sauce, I prefer frying my minced garlic before adding it to the yogurt but you can skip that and add it raw, without the butter.

Fry or airfry the cubed pita bread and nuts.

Layer the bread, rice, some sauce, chicken, yogurt sauce, and nuts.

Plate while food is hot so the bread doesnt stay crunchy.
