Cranberry Orange Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Flour Baking powder Water White sugar Brown sugar Powdered sugar Eggs  Sour cream Orange juice Orange blossom Vanilla Salt Orange zest Cranberry

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.

In a bowl, add room temperature butter and both sugars.

Mix on medium speed until well incorporated and creamed.

Add eggs, orange zest, orange blossom and vanilla. Mix them until incorporated

Add the room temperature sour cream, orange juice, and half and half. Mix just until incorporated, we don’t want to overmix.

Chop the cranberries and toss them in the 2 tablespoons of flour, then fold into the batter using a wooden spoon.

Add to a well sprayed Bundt pan.

Bake at 350 F for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Check every few minutes after 55 minutes.

Whip the ingredients in a bowl until you obtain a consistency that can be sprinkled.

If it becomes too thin, you can add more powdered sugar to thicken it back up.
