Step 1

Soak the burghul in lemon juice for extra flavor, for at-least half an hour.

Step 2

Wash and dry the parsley. Get rid of the stems and keep the part with the leaves.

Step 3

Chop the parsley as fine as possible.

Step 4

Chop the green onions all the way down to the white parts, also as finely as possible.

Step 5

Chop the mint, tomato, and cucumber as finely as possible and add them to the parsley and onions.

Step 6

Add the soaked burghul, then the olive oil. Adjust lemon juice and salt to taste.

Step 7

Mix well and serve. Bon appetite!
