Strawberry Mascarpone Crème Croissant

Strawberry Mascarpone Crème Croissant is an absolutely divine dessert that requires no baking or cooking!

- 1½ cups Heavy Cream
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 4 ounces Mascarpone Cheese
- Powdered Sugar to taste
- Strawberry jam light
- Store bought croissants
Mix in a bowl the heavy cream, vanilla, and the desired amount of sugar.
Start off with ¼ cup and build up.
Beat until fluffy and light with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Add the mascarpone/ cream cheese mixture and beat until well-mixed.
Spread a tablespoon of jam in the middle of the croissant.
Fill the croissant with cream and fresh strawberries.
- Make sure the cheese are room temperature.
- I used Costco croissants, and I was able to fully stuff 10 of the large ones.
