Honey Garlic Sriracha Wings

An easy recipe for honey garlic sriracha wings, deliciously seasoned and air fried to become golden and crispy.

Ingredients
  

Honey Garlic Sriracha Sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons sriracha adjust to taste

Dry coating

  • 2 pounds party wings
  • tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry the wings
  • Mix the flour, seasonings and baking powder together
  • Add the wings and coat them well
  • Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket with cooking spray and line the wings, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  • Spray the top, and air fry at 400 for 16 minutes, flipping them half way. They should become golden and crispy
  • In the mean time, in a sauce pan, melt the butter,
  • Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauteed until fragrant and golden.
  • Add the sauces and sugar, and mix together until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add more sriracha to your liking.
  • Add on top of the wings and toss to coat, and serve.

Notes

  • Alternatively you can fry your wings or bake them too.
  • Make sure that your wings are dry before coating them.
  • You can marinate the wings ahead of time to get the ultimate flavor.
