Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 3 large radishes
  • 1 Romain heart
  • green onion
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • ½ large cucumber or 3 small Persian Cucumbers

Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Chop everything finely.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients together and add to your chopped vegetables.

Notes

  • First of all, the key is to chop everything into nice little cubes for better results. You can always add any kind of vegetables of your liking. Like: carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, or red onion.
  • Always make sure that the vegetables are completely dry for better flavor. Wet ingredients will not allow the dressing to stick properly to the vegetables.
  • Last, you can add seeds and nuts as a great salad topper. Don't forget, you can adjust the salt and lemon juice to your liking.
