Ingredients
  

  • 15 Large carrots peeled
  • 6 garlic cloves minced or grated
  • cup olive oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper flakes or Aleppo pepper or more, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the carrots to a lined baking sheet.
  • Mix the honey, oil, minced garlic, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and pepper flakes.
  • Bake the carrots uncovered in an oven preheated at 425℉ for 20-35 minutes, or until fork tender.
  • It is highly recommended to broil the carrots for extra caramelization.

Notes

  • Choose fresh vibrant carrots for the ultimate flavors.
  • Choose slim carrots since they are easily roasted especially if you will roast whole carrots.
