15 Large carrots peeled 6 garlic cloves minced or grated ⅓ cup olive oil ½ cup honey 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon garlic powder ¾ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon ginger powder 1 teaspoon pepper flakes or Aleppo pepper or more, to taste
Add the carrots to a lined baking sheet.
Mix the honey, oil, minced garlic, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and pepper flakes.
Bake the carrots uncovered in an oven preheated at 425℉ for 20-35 minutes, or until fork tender.
