Tender Grilled Steak Kebabs
A must try recipe of tender steak kebab chunks. Steak is cut and marinated with juicy and delicious flavors to be grilled with charred vegetables.

- 1 packet boneless strip loin steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 large green bell peppers
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 1 medium red onion
Cut up the strip-loin steak into chunks, about 1 inch in size.
Add them to a bowl along with the spices, the olive oil and mayo.
Mix well and marinate for 2 hours or more.
Once marinated, add onto a skewer with the vegetables.
Grill on high until desired, or bake covered at 425 for half an hour.
- If you're using wooden skewers make sure you put them in cold water for half an hour before using.
- Try marinating the steak chunks on an overnight for best juicy and full of flavor result.
- Choose tender steak piece for delicious bite.
