This Middle Eastern chilly sauce is healthy, aromatic, and delicious. All you have to do to enjoy this Tatbeeleh (Shatta) is throw your ingredients in a food processor and blitz.

5 garlic cloves ⅓ bunch green onions ½ green bell pepper 1 large jalapeño, deseeded or not (depending on how spicy you like it) ½-1 teaspoon salt to taste ½ teaspoon Aleppo pepper optional 1-2 large lemons, juiced or to taste 3 tablespoons olive oil
When adding the ingredients to the food processor, make sure they are chopped but still bite-sized.
You can add more or less jalapeños depending on how spicy you want your sauce.
The jalapeños can be deseeded or not.
You can add lemon juice to taste.
