Hi, I’m very keen to try this recipe but just wanted to check on the quantity for the green onions. How many green onions would you use for it?
Also do we use both the green and the white parts or just the green parts?
Hello, Its 1/3 of a bunch of green onions (1 bunch, comes with a few stalks) and its just the greens but you can use the whites too!
Made this and loved it! I’m tempted to make a bigger batch for my meal prep this week, how long does it keep in the fridge?
Hi, its good in an airtight container, refrigerated, for a week!
Made this to eat with manakeesh, I didn’t have green onions so I added a bit extra bell pepper and it was delicious. I also added a bit of yogurt so I could spread it out a bit more and I really enjoyed! Thank you for the recipe🇵🇸
This was delicious and so quick and easy to make.
