Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Muffins

Wet Mixture:

  • 15 ounces Pumpkin, canned *NOT pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Neutral Oil Avocado, Canola, etc
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter 1 stick, room temp
  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Dry Mixture:

  • 2 cups All Purpose flour, spooned and leveled
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt *table salt
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin pie spice Any brand
  • teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ground all spice
