I like to freeze them. I cut the dough into the desired ball size to be ready for next time. pop them on a sheet and freeze like that, and then place into ziplock bags once frozen.

Love the bread made 6 rolls instead of 4 on small batch, but you don’t seem to have mentioned anywhere that I can see, at what temperature small batch dough and ten minute dough should be cooked and how long for and where in the oven, near the bottom, top or in the middle. I baked at 240 on the shelf below the middle, but kept checking was a bit worried. I would appreciate to know what temperature you cook at.
It just depends on what you use it for. How thick you’re using the dough. Thats why i mention to refer to each recipe that you’d like to use it for:) generally, 450 works for my oven.
