For the Creamy Sauce
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 8 ounces of fresh brown mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 and ½ cups of heavy cream
- ½ cup of sour cream
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ tabelspoon oil of your choice
- 1 tabelspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Add the butter and oil to a pan on medium heat and let it melt.
- Toss in the onions and garlic, and sear until fragrant and translucent.
- Add in the sliced mushrooms and stear for 1 minute, before adding the beef.
