Sliced beef, like top sirloin, or flank steak

Yellow onion, finely chopped

Minced garlic

Fresh brown mushrooms, thin sliced

Heavy cream

Sour cream

First, start off by adding the butter and oil to the pan on medium heat and let it melt.

Then, add the sliced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.

After that, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute.

Once done, add the beef slices and sauté until they are no longer pink. Then, add the spices and mix again.

Next, pour in the sour cream and heavy cream, along with the Worcestershire sauce, and mix well. Cover the pan and let it simmer on medium until the beef is tender.

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef, like top sirloin, or flank steak

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 8 ounces of fresh brown mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 and ½ cups of heavy cream
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ tabelspoon oil of your choice
  • 1 tabelspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
